1. Ten-Year Comprehensive Modular Warranty Policy

All modular cabinetry, walk-in closets, kitchen carcasses, and joinery manufactured at our Faridabad plant carry an official 10-Year Replacement & Repair Warranty against structural defects.

What is Covered Under Warranty:

  • Core Board Integrity: Internal delamination, core decay, or manufacturing warping of BWP Marine 710 and HDHMR substrates under normal residential usage.
  • Laser Edge Banding: Peeling or ungluing of zero-joint German polymer edge bands applied in our factory.
  • Termite & Borer Resistance: Guaranteed anti-termite integrity on all factory-treated CenturyPly and Action TESA boards.
  • OEM Hardware Motion: Blum and Häfele hinges, drawer runners, and lift-up systems are backed by lifetime manufacturer warranties.

Exclusions:

Accidental physical trauma, heavy fire damage, external structural seepage caused by un-waterproofed external builder walls, or unauthorized third-party carpentry alterations.

2. Zero-Hidden-Cost & Fixed BOQ Pricing Covenant

We eliminate the common industry malpractice where initial quotes are kept artificially low only to escalate significantly midway through construction.

Our Fixed Pricing Rules:

  • Line-by-Line Specifications: Every board brand, thickness (18mm, 12mm, 8mm), laminate code, PU finish sheen, and hinge specification is explicitly documented.
  • Zero Sudden Surcharges: Once your final 3D design and BOQ are signed off, our pricing remains 100% frozen. No escalation for raw material market swings.
  • Milestone-Linked Billing: Payments are billed strictly against verified project stages (Booking, 3D Approval, Factory Dispatch, Handover).

3. Client Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA) Policy

We work with high-profile industrialists, celebrities, and homeowners across Delhi NCR who value privacy above all else.

Our Confidentiality Commitments:

  • Strict Non-Disclosure: We offer legally binding NDA agreements prior to reviewing structural floor plans and site layouts.
